(a) FlyScape endeavors to meet the specified shipping time frames indicated on the Website. However, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as customer verification, payment issues, restricted items, legal regulations, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

(b) Title and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer upon tender of the products to the courier.

(c) Address Verification: Orders with ship-to addresses not authorized by the credit card issuer may experience delays, verification procedures, or cancellation. Shipments to addresses other than the authorized billing address are also subject to verifications and delays. Orders suspected of fraud or those with unconfirmed validity may be canceled.

(d) International Shipments: Customers assume all risks, including loss, theft, customs issues, duties, taxes, and associated charges with international shipments. FlyScape is not liable for any International Shipping Events.

Insured Shipping

Shipping insurance provided by Route covers loss and damage during transit. Seizures are not covered. Refer to the full shipping insurance policy terms when selecting insurance during checkout.,
