(a)Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Obtain a Return Authorization before shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for shipping the item in new, unused condition. FlyScape does not reimburse shipping costs. For our mistake, we can provide a prepaid return label if contacted through the "contact us" section on the Website. We recommend insuring returned packages at the customer's cost.

(b) Exchanges are welcome within 20 days. Obtain a Return Authorization before shipping the item. Customers are responsible for insuring the return package. FlyScape is not liable for lost, destroyed, seized, or damaged returns.

(c) There are no returns on blemished items.
